मैं श्याम गर्ग करोना से निकल कर आया हूं।कुल मिला कर मेरा अनुभव रहा कि हम जरूरत से ज्यादा भयभीत हो जाते हैं।सांस की तकलीफ के अलावा कोई डरने की बात नहीं लगी।यदि आपको प्राथमिक तौर पर सांस की तकलीफ नहीं है तो बिलकुल भी घबराएं न। साधारण बुखार,सर्दी,नार्मल खांसी कफ से कुछ नहीं होता।बस गर्म किया कुनकुना पानी जरूर पीते रहें।विटामिन सी, डी की गोलियां या नींबू, मौसमी जूस,काढ़ा आदि लेते रहें।बुखार के लिए दिन में 2 बार पैरासिटामाल लें।दिन में चार छह बार बुखार नापें।और ऑक्सीमीटर खरीद लें। ऑक्सिजन का लेवल 90 से नीचे जाय और आपको सांस की कोई दिक्कत हो तो तत्काल डाक्टर से संपर्क करें। यही सावधानी जरूरी है। करोना एक सामान्य वायरस है जो फेफड़ों लंग्स को प्रभावित कर सांस लेने में दिक्कत करता है।यह यदि नियंत्रित है।सांस की कोई दिक्कत नहीं है तो तनिक भी ना घबराएँ। हां बुखार आने पर दो चार दिन के लिए थोड़ा अलग थलग हो जाएं। कृपया निम्नानुसार अनुसरण करे। आप सभी के लिए:--- *कोरोना के लिए घर पर आवश्यक चिकित्सा किट:-- 1. पैरासिटामोल 2. बेटाडीन गार्गल माउथवॉश के लिए 3. विटामिन सी...
